How will I get my report?
Reports are normally generated within 24 hours and delivered to you or your agent. If feasible, we will have your report delivered to your agents' office. If this is not possible, we will mail you a copy of the report.
Who do you provide copies of the report to?
Your report is prepared for you and is confidential. We cannot provide copies of your report to a third party unless you request we do so.
Should I
attend the Inspection?
We recommend you accompany the Inspector, however, it is not required. We believe our Inspection Report is one of the easiest to read and it will include photos to support our findings.

Do you negotiate any needed repairs?
No. That is the job of the client and Realtor. We supply a written report of any issues or repairs that may be needed. It is up to the client and Realtor to determine any negotiations.
Can you do any needed repairs?
No. It is a conflict of interest for a Home Inspector to repair a property he/she has inspected for a year.

o you do water sampling/testing?
Yes. We are able to sample/test water. We take the samples from the property and they are sent to an independent professional lab for analysis.
Do you do Radon Testing?
Yes. We do offer Radon Testing. We will place a radon test kit in your home, and allow it to "sit" for several days. The test kit will then be sent to an independent professional lab for analysis.
